Operator view for allowlisted RSS monitoring. Defaults are blocked; this page never fetches external feeds directly.

Live RSS disabled by default. A live fetch requires explicit local env flags, enabled allowlist feeds, rate limits, and the backend API. No scraping, article-link following, AI drafting, publishing, or auto-commit is enabled.
